Refund and Returns Policy

At Paint for Cars, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions.

1. Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

2. Pack Securely – Include all original packaging and accessories.

3. Refunds

• Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Contact us before shipping your return to confirm stock.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item at no cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used automotive paint products (due to safety and contamination concerns).

• Items purchased from third-party sellers.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, check with your bank first.
